Booking Cancellation Policy
At Nine Hill Stay, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent to both our guests and our business operations.
Cancellation Terms
•Full Refund:
If you cancel your booking at least 10 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable payment gateway or bank charges.
•50% Refund:
Cancellations made between 5 to 10 days before the scheduled check-in date will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the paid amount.
•No Refund:
If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the scheduled check-in date or in case of no-show, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions
•Force Majeure:
In cases beyond the control of both parties (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will review requests on a case-by-case basis for possible refunds or rescheduling.
•Booking Modifications:
If you wish to modify your booking dates or villa, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Important Notes
•Refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment within 7 business days of cancellation approval.
•Service charges, bank transaction fees, or cancellation fees applied by payment gateways are non-refundable.
•We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected travel disruptions.
