Rules and Regulations - Nine Hill Stay

 

Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at check-in.

  • Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon prior request for an additional fee, subject to the next booking.

  • Pre-Arrival Contact: For a smooth check-in process, we request that guests inform our villa manager of their approximate arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Guest & Payment Policy

  • Guest Count: Only the number of guests declared and confirmed during the booking process will be permitted on the property.

  • No Outside Visitors: For the security and privacy of all guests, no outside visitors or unregistered guests are permitted on the premises at any time.

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage to the property and all house rules have been followed.

  • Outstanding Dues: All outstanding payments for extra services, such as meals or activities, must be settled prior to check-out. Villa dues for stay after booking amount is to be cleared at time of Check-in.

House Rules

  • Quiet Hours: Please respect our quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This includes keeping music and conversations at a low volume to respect our neighbors.

  • Parties & Events: Small, private gatherings are welcome, but any events, parties, or gatherings with a guest count exceeding the number of guests declared in the booking must be pre-approved by the management. Loud parties are not permitted after quiet hours.

  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Please use the designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking indoors.

  • Safety & Security: For everyone’s safety, weapons or sharp objects of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises. The use of any drugs or illegal substances is not allowed in our properties.

  • Prohibited Areas: Access to restricted areas, including the roof and service quarters, is not permitted.
  • Property Respect: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. We kindly ask that you report any accidents or damage to our villa manager immediately.
  • Hookah: Please be aware that hookah is illegal in Rajasthan, and its use is strictly prohibited on our premises.

General Guidelines

  • Food & Beverage: Outside food is welcome. Please help us maintain a clean environment by using the provided bins and minimizing the use of disposable utensils.

  • Pet Policy: Pets are welcome (subjected to villa chosen) but must be declared and pre-approved at the time of booking, and a pet fee may be applied. Pets must be kept on a leash while outdoors. Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior and any damage caused.

  • Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is included with your stay. Please let our staff know if you have any specific cleaning or maintenance needs.

Villa Swimming Pool Rules

•⁠ ⁠No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
•⁠ ⁠Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
•⁠ ⁠Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
•⁠ ⁠No diving, running, or rough play.
•⁠ ⁠Please shower before entering.
•⁠ ⁠Proper swimwear is required. No street clothes or denim.
•⁠ ⁠No pets are allowed in the pool area.
•⁠ ⁠Please do not leave valuables unattended.

 

Legal & Liability Disclaimers

  • Assumption of Risk: Guests agree to use the villa and all its amenities, including the pool and other recreational facilities, at their own risk. The owners and management are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during the stay. We do not have any doctors or hospitals on call, and nearby medical facilities may not be open 24/7. Please ensure you have all necessary medications with you.

  • Property & Personal Belongings: The management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or valuables brought onto the property. We recommend that guests lock all doors and windows and use the provided safes for their valuables.

  • Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local, state, and national laws. The consumption of illegal substances or indulgence in any illegal activity is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation will be immediately reported to the authorities, and the guest’s stay will be terminated without a refund.

  • Right to Refuse Service: The management reserves the right to refuse service or evict any guest who violates the house rules, engages in illegal activities, or causes a disturbance to other guests or neighbors.
