By booking a villa with Nine Hill Stay, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking Process

– All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Nine Hill Stay.
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
– Full payment or balance is due [specify number] days prior to arrival.

3. Property Information

While we strive to provide accurate and updated information about our villas, Nine Hill Stay is not responsible for errors or omissions. Guests are advised to verify property details before booking.

4. Guest Responsibilities

– Guests must provide accurate information at booking.
– Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and the condition of the villa.
– Any damage or loss during the stay must be reported immediately and will be charged accordingly.
– Smoking and pets are allowed only where explicitly mentioned in the villa listing.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

– Please refer to our separate **Cancellation Policy** page which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
– Cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by Nine Hill Stay.

6. Check-in and Check-out

– Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at booking and must be adhered to.
– Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and possible additional charges.

7. Liability

– Nine Hill Stay and its owners/managers are not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage to persons or property during the stay, except when directly caused by proven negligence of Nine Hill Stay.
– Guests are advised to have adequate travel and personal insurance.

8. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, terrorism, pandemics, or other emergencies.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
